Honest & Affordable

Payments & Insurance

Specialized care shouldn't come with billing surprises. Here's exactly how insurance and payments work at our offices.

Insurance

We handle the insurance paperwork

We are in network with Delta Dental Premier and we will file insurance claims for you. However, as a courtesy, we will also file insurance claims for other PPO plans on your behalf.

Our team will gladly submit claims to keep the stress of dealing with dental insurance off your plate. We'll let you know what your insurance is expected to cover and do everything we can to maximize your benefits, including requesting alternative benefits where plans allow it.

Please remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between your employer and your insurance company. You are responsible for all professional fees at the time of service, regardless of coverage; any financial estimates we present reflect what the insurance company might pay and may not be exact.

Our promise
At all times, you can be confident we will recommend the treatment you need without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage. To do otherwise would violate our obligation to help you achieve your best oral health.

Payment Options

Ways to pay

In an effort to bring affordable, high-quality specialty care to every patient, we accept many forms of payment and will work with your dental insurance provider on your behalf to maximize your benefits.

  • Cash or personal check
  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Dental insurance benefits, applied and filed for you
Spreading Out Costs

Financing options

For patients who prefer to spread the cost of treatment over a series of payments, financing options are available for qualified patients. Many patients pay for implant and surgical care with affordable monthly plans.

Treatment is to be paid in full on the date of service unless other arrangements are made with our office before treatment begins, so if you'd like to use financing, just tell us at your consultation and we'll review your options together.

Appointments

Cancellation policy

Broken appointments create an inconvenience for many people: you, the patient who could have been seen in your place, and our team.

We understand situations come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. In those situations, we ask that you contact us at least 48 business hours (2 business days) before your appointment. Appointments broken without that notice may incur a charge.
